		<description>UAC can be turned off, it&#039;s only for people who don&#039;t know how to use a computer safely. Also, of course all those computers didn&#039;t run vista very well. The technology built into vista almost requires a dual core processor and atleast 1-2 gigs of DDR2 ram and a fairly fast hard drive to really see vista fly. Try using Vista on a new machine, built with Vista Ready parts and then you will truely experience how nice it is. Also, get rid of those junkers computers. For a couple hundred bucks you can get a fairly decent dual core machine off tiger-direct these days, just save up.</description>
